Red Frame is finished in the bottle: gin, lemon and cucumber, and nothing that needs explaining. A whole drink, not a base for one.

Block or crushed
One large block in a rocks glass for a drink that stays whole, or crushed for a colder one that goes quickly. Pour straight from the bottle. Do not stir. It is already mixed.

Peel or cucumber
A wide strip of lemon peel, twisted over the glass so the oil catches the surface, then dropped in. Or a thin round of cucumber, which takes it somewhere cooler and greener.

Open the bottle when there is someone to open it for. It was never built for one glass on your own.
The occasion
There is no wrong time to open it.
It is for a few people who know each other, in the hour when nobody is leaving. Pour it, sit down, and stay. Those are the hours you keep.
